The Castle Upton Gallery is located in Castle Upton in the village of Templepatrick, County Antrim, Northern Ireland. It is extremely easy to find behind the estate wall that runs all the way along one side of Templepatrick. (Take the first turning on the right after the roundabout when coming from Belfast).
The permanent gallery is in the medieval arched Refectory, believed to have been where the Knight Templers may have dined whilst guarding the trading routes between Carrickfergus and Antrim and Derry and Belfast. From time to time the shows will also be held in the Ballroom of the main castle.
